Pepperoni Pizza
Our flagship bite, the one that started it all. A bold punch of pepperoni, a snappish pizza sauce, and just the right amount of buttery melted white cheese: all the classic flavors of a great pepperoni pizza, waaaay less carbs.
Grilled 4 Cheese
Also known as The Cheese Louise!: our take on everyone's favorite sandwich, the grilled cheese. Four different cheeses all melted together inside our airy, crispy Bite dough. Having a bad week? Go for the gusto and dip it in cheese sauce. Our favorite is the beer cheese.
Beef Bulgogi
Our Founder's Favorite. Tender beef cozied up next to som grilled onions and a little bell pepper for crunch, and enveloped in a spicy Korean bulgogi barbecue sauce.Delicious in any language! Try it with some bulgogi sauce on the side, or even sour cream for that true fusion vibe.
Philly Cheese Steak
Our take on the classic Philly: loads of tender beef, roasted onions, peppers, and mushrooms, melted brick cheese and white queso, all nestled in our crispy shell.
Paneer and Veg Tikka Masala
Diced paneer cheese with cauliflower, carrots, and peas, nestled in a complex velvety, creamy, tangy, warm, mildly spicy tomato-based curry sauce. Indulgent, aromatic, and absolutely delicious.
Cheeseburger
Made with veggie burger (but you'd never know it), our Cheeseburger Bite has all the flavors you'd expect in a cheeseburger in one mouthful: grilled burger, cheese, onion, pickle, and a tasty sauce. A definite fan favorite. We suggest you try it with our Stacey sauce.
Chicken Enchilada
Do you have a hard time eating a chicken enchilada with your bare hands while you walk around? We do too. Problem solved! This bite has an abundance of seasoned shredded chicken cozied up to corn, cilantro, and melted white cheese, all riding shotgun next to a classic red sauce. Sancto Toledo! Qué delicioso!
Spanikopita
A bite Popeye would be proud of, this is also known in the Midwest as Greek Spinach Pie. This bite is loaded with Spinach and rounded out with feta cheese, lemon, and seasoning. We highly suggest the garlic tomato sauce to accompany it.
Chicago Mafiosi
A heaping lot of salami, ham, and pepperoni, mixed with a buttery white cheese, giardineira pickled vegetables, sun dried tomatoes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and oregano. Mamma mia! It's an offering you can't refuse.
